Public health measures

The host city and its partners are committed to implementing all measures required by Québec’s public health authority to ensure the safety of delegates.

Official hotels

Hotel room reservations and breakfasts are the responsibility of participants.

Participants will be given a booking code for a discount at official congress hotels upon registration. Discounts will be valid until August 4, 2022.

Local transportation

Local transportation is provided between Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport and official congress hotels upon arrival and departure and for all events included in the program.

Environmentally responsible event

The City of Québec and its partners are pleased to be taking concrete steps to reduce the congress’s footprint and make it an environmentally responsible event, including:

  • Retaining the services of an environmental consultant for the responsible management of the event
  • Agreements with local suppliers
  • Recycling and recovery of waste matter
  • Use of water fountains and fill stations
  • Smart management of energy, water, and air
  • Limited distribution of paper program

Promotional booths

Delegations that want to display and distribute materials can reserve a booth at the conference. Booths are located in the lobby and specially designated rooms. They include divider curtains, a stool, and a small table. Additional furniture can be reserved at the member city’s expense upon request. The organizers have chosen to make this an environmentally responsible event. Please limit the amount of paper and promotional materials you hand out.
